🌱It's important to me to find the most eco-friendly ways of getting my products to you so I currently use recyclable kraft mailers, kraft paper, washi tape, and cardboard jewelry boxes in my packaging. I'll also sometimes include paper stars that I make out of recycled art calendars (they're pretty and also provide a little extra protection!)🌱 If a piece is a bit more delicate, I wrap it in *reused* packing materials like bubble wrap or foam (this is the only instance of plastic in my packaging!). It's important to me to not create more plastic waste and give plastic materials a second life if I have to use them.

Every item I make out of polymer clay is handmade (no molds or stencils) which means that every piece is unique. Slight variations may occur such as differences in colors, size, shape, and pattern. This just means you’ll truly have a one of a kind piece that will never exist ever again! Similarly with the resin coating, I do my best to ensure the coating is smooth but air bubbles and slight imperfections can occur such as dents or dust specks despite my efforts. Please note that I will not be refunding for these small imperfections. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my small business!

Items made with polymer clay are strong enough to withstand some day-to-day use but please avoid excessive force or strain. Do not microwave, put in the dishwasher, or let it get in contact with chemicals! If it gets dirty you can wash gently with a damp cloth but do not submerge in liquid!

I group a lot of my shipments so I can be more efficient with my schedule, so your order may not be dispatched immediately (even if it's not a made-to-order item), but still within the broad timeframe I've set for estimated delivery. If you need your order sooner, please DM me about it and I can be sure to bump your order up and get it to you sooner!

As of December 2024 I will no longer be shipping to any countries within the EU (which includes Northern Ireland) due to the GPSR safety restrictions. This is an unfortunate decision I have to make as a small business but unfortunately the possible penalties and the price of being able to follow the guidelines are too steep for me at this time. I hope the restrictions will loosen for small businesses but until then I am suspending all orders going the the EU.

nope!! you don't need to worry about additional tariffs on my packages!

Due to updated requirements from my shipping provider (Chit Chats), each individual item now needs a small ‘country of origin’ sticker. I know it seems a bit redundant, especially if you ordered multiple items and there's a sticker on each one, but it helps confirm the item was handmade by me and ensures it clears customs without delays. I place the stickers as gently as possible so they’re easy to remove. thank you for understanding!
