I welcome you to my amazing shop policies page! Pretty boring stuff... but I urge you to read BEFORE placing your order...or bad things will happen....

Payment
Paypal is my friend, and my preferred method of payment. I will not give you my bank account information. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay through Paypal.
I accept credit cards as well. Money order payments are also okay, just message me first.

When you agree to buy an item, please submit your payment ASAP. If payment is not made after 3 days (with no contact), I will assume you were eaten by monsters and your order will be marked as a non payment. If you have purchased something by mistake, just message me promptly. I will cancel your order and all will be fine and dandy.
Shipping
I ship every Monday and Thursday, From the US (California). If I experience any unexpected delays, I will ensure the item goes out immediately the following shipping day. I ship to the name and address provided on your etsy payment form, but if you need to change your info let me know promptly and include a note of change WITH your payment in the 'notes' section.

Please include special instructions WITH your form, as opposed to convo messages. Actual payments take priority over message inquiries.

*US orders ship through USPS FIRST CLASS.

*INTERNATIONAL order ship PRIORITY for the flat rate of 40.00. I accept combined shipping (order multiple items for the normal flat rate fee) typical arrival time is 6-10 days after shipped (does not include production time).

I purchase a delivery confirmation number with EVERY US ORDER for no additional cost. If you would like your number, just let me know!

If you need to upgrade shipping, or purchase insurance or whatnot, contact me.

Keep in mind, the post office may experience delays, so please place orders early if you have a deadline.

Once I provide proof that an item was shipped off safely, I am not responsible for mistakes made by the postal carrier.

If an item is returned to me with a note that says 'not called for' I am not required to ship again or refund money. You have the option of paying an additional shipping fee to have it sent again. In some cases I don't mind refunding the cost of the item. Shipping fees are not my profit, and can not be refunded in this situation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Item breaks: Everything here in my shop is HAND MADE (by me) and should be handled with care. I pack things to the best of my ability, using tissue, bubble wrap, or packing peanuts. Items are in tact when I ship them, but if they run into an unfortunate accident with the lovely peoples of the post office (or yourself), message me, and I can repair the broken item for you when you return it to me.
You will be required to cover any additional shipping fees.

Change of heart: I describe, and provide pictures for all items up for sale. If you are taken by surprise upon receiving an item from me, and are unhappy, I can provide you with store credit towards another equally awesome item from my shop. This only applies if you are able to return the item in the original UNUSED state. Item must be shipped back to me in the original packaging, or be in transit, 3 days after item arrives at your location.

My bad: If I mistakenly ship you the wrong item , I will feel like an idiot , and replace it promptly. This does not happen often, but it does happen when I don't get enough sleep, and my brain is running on paint fumes and coffee. You will not be required to pay additional shipping fees. I may ask that certain items be returned ( I will cover shipping).
