Give your flower lover a special treat with our coupon. Each petal is redeemable for an every day bouquet at farmers market or the studio during our regular season. This can be shipped anywhere but must be redeemed in the Utica New York area.
Each week, what we don’t use in fresh bouquets, we hang in the garage to naturally air dry. This becomes wreaths, cornucopia, and confetti.

All the misfits from the garden.

We spend most of our free time growing our own food. Lately I have become enthralled with growing flowers and creating bouquets. Each season brings a new discovery and a new obsession.

We didn't have adult stockings so I made some stockings. Then I made so many stockings I had tons of scraps so I made veggies. Cleaning out our closets, we had totes full of t-shirts so I made market bags. Some of the blankets from the sheep were damaged so I made different stockings. We had lots of sweaters so the stocking pattern worked for those. There were sleeves leftover so I made gift bags. I dried the excess flowers and what did not work in arrangements, I cut up for potpourri. You get the point. We make things work and as little as possible is thrown out.

Fresh flower bouquets are available at local markets. The dried options will be for sale here. We offer DYI buckets for weddings and events in Upstate New York. See our webpage for details.

Rob was looking for someone "tolerant of agriculture." Betsy needed to know what that meant. Together they grow flowers on plots of land in 3 counties in upstate New York. Betsy also makes purses and stockings at Spongetta.
