Born From the Hard Years. Built to Remind You to Stay.
Mental health has been a thread woven through my entire life — not always one I chose, but one I've learned to follow toward something meaningful.
For as long as I can remember, I've navigated the quiet weight of my own mental health struggles. The days that felt impossible to explain to anyone on the outside. The moments of just getting through — hour by hour, sometimes minute by minute. I know what it feels like to smile through something heavy, to wonder if anyone else feels this way, to search for a reason to keep going.
And I've sat beside people I love while they searched for that same reason.
Watching someone you care about battle suicidal thoughts is one of the most heartbreaking and helpless feelings in the world. You want to carry it for them. You want to say exactly the right thing. Sometimes you just hold on and hope that love is enough to be an anchor.
It has been. Not always easily. But it has been.
Spread Love Collective was born from all of it — the hard years, the late nights, the conversations that saved lives, and the ones I wish I'd had sooner. It exists because I believe that love, when spread intentionally, can reach someone in the dark and remind them they are not alone.
Mental health doesn't get talked about enough. Stigma keeps too many people silent. And silence costs lives.
This is my way of speaking up — and inviting you to do the same. Every piece you carry is a conversation starter, a signal to someone nearby that this is a safe space, that they are seen, that their story isn't over.
Because it isn't. Yours isn't either.
