Payment
PayPal, within three days of purchase.
If you need more than three days (or PayPal doesn't work for you), please contact us via Etsy convo.

Orders that have not been completed within 3 days, without correspondence, will be cancelled.
Shipping
We ship orders as quickly as we can, latest 3 week days after payment has cleared. If for any reason we can not manage that time-frame we will contact you.

We do not ship on holidays

Shipping confirmation is provided as soon as the package is sent.

We are happy to combine shipping charges when you purchase multiple items.

We do our very best to insure that each piece arrive in excellent condition. We pack out items carefully using material such as bubble wrap, newspapers and packing peanuts.

Please note that we will use your Etsy address and not your paypal address if they do not match.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not generally accept returns unless there is an error on our part.

If an item turns up damaged we can not be held responsible but will do what we can to help. Shipping costs are never refunded by us. We can assist on reclaiming your shipping costs from the postal service if required.

We can not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
