Spring Peeper Designs comenzó en 2021 en honor a mi padre. Mi padre fue un esposo increíble durante más de 50 años, padre de 7 hijos, abuelo de 17 y bisabuelo de uno. Le diagnosticaron una enfermedad cerebral muy rara conocida como ECJ. Durante los 33 días que transcurrieron desde su diagnóstico hasta su fallecimiento, mostró una gran amabilidad y compasión hacia todos los que lo rodeaban. Desde niño y hasta la edad adulta, mi padre y yo salíamos cada primavera a escuchar el canto de las ranas primaverales. ¡Hasta el día de hoy sigue siendo uno de mis sonidos favoritos!

Spring Peeper Designs began in 2021 in honor of my father. My father was an amazing husband for over 50 years, father to 7 children, grandfather to 17 and great-grandfather to 1. He was diagnosed with a very rare brain disease known as CJD, during his 33 days from diagnosis until his passing he showed nothing but kindness and compassion to all around him. Starting as a young child and into adulthood my Father and I would go outside every spring to listen to the spring peepers, to this day it remains one of my favorite sounds to hear!
