Ordered a custom size for my brother who has a larger than usual head, and has never had a winter hat that fits. The hate looked great and seemed very well made, and most importantly, was big enough to comfortably go over his ears. On Christmas day he was doing what he called the "Have Hat Shuffle". Poops was a pleasure to work with, and followed my instructions exactly, as well as having good suggestions of her own. I'd definitely recommend this shop!
