The pad I ordered arrived later than the expected delivery window. Not the seller's fault, but it's the holidays, so maybe things are taking longer. The packaging envelope didn't stay in tact ... was torn all along the bottom. Maybe it should have been in a bubble wrap envelope instead. Also, it was a bit bent. I don't care how the designers business logo is at the bottom. Also, the pad was wrapped with a Christmas theme. This was NOT intended to be a Christmas present, so I didn't care for that either. This was just my experience, but others have been really happy.

I’m so sorry your pad arrived bent and that the packaging didn’t hold up during shipping — I completely understand how frustrating that must have been. I’ll definitely take your feedback into consideration for future packaging, and I appreciate your note about the holiday wrap as well.
