Payment
Payment Policy
Currently the payment is accepted through Pay Pal, Etsy Direct Pay which includes Visa and Master Card, and Etsy Gift Cards. It is important to protect your credit card and bank information. SpunFromHome will NEVER store your credit information.
Shipping
Shipping
Shipping costs are based on shipping within the USA, although I will ship to all locations. Contact for shipping cost outside the USA. Most items will ship within 48 hours, or after receipt of payment. A receipt of your order will be included with your purchase. If items are shipped via UPS or Priority Mail a tracking number will be on file while the item(s) are in transit. Items will ship via UPS or US Postal Service. Buyers will have the option, with the exception of items that may be fragile. This is because if the item(s) is broken in shipment, a claim can be filed with the carrier.

Within a few hours of receiving your order I will send a confirmation that the order has been received. I will also send confirmation when your order has shipped and provide you with a tracking number and contact info to follow your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
Return Policy
Returns will be accepted with reasonable cause. Buyer must request the return with a stated reason. You must provide an e-mail address so a Return Authorization number can be provided to you at your e-mail address. In most cases the cost of the return shipment (for postage) will be at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and it is verified the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped. A refund will be issued for the purchase price less 3.5% restocking fee, and issued through the same manner payment was made (through Etsy).

Return of items because of “broken in shipment” will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. If an item is broken in shipment a claim should be filed with the carrier.

No return will be accepted or refunded without a Return Authorization number.

If there are any other issues with the shipping, please contact me, there is always a way to work out the problem. I am more than happy to resolve any and all issues in a timely and agreeable manner.

Special order requests are welcome.
Most items have only one in stock for a particular pattern/style. Items may be duplicated and reposted if an item is sold or stocked in larger quantities. Some items, such as hand sewed quilts, may be impossible to duplicate due to discontinued fabric styles.

If there is an item you would like to have made or stocked, please contact me. If you have any questions regarding any of the products listed, please contact me. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

I always send a paid receipt with your purchase. However, if you have the order shipped to a different address and do not want the recipient to receive the receipt, please provide me with the information as to where you would like the receipt sent. There is never any charge for sending the receipt to a different address.
