Each unique edition is lovingly hand crafted, packaged and shipped by us, from our tiny studio in Surrey, United Kingdom.

PROCESSING
In order to maintain our high quality standards we typically complete each item within the following time periods:

- Hardback books: 3 - 5 working days

Please take the above time in to account when calculating your expected delivery date to avoid disappointment.

PACKAGING
Every item is carefully and securely packaged. First we wrap the item in crystal clear protective cellophane then it is secured in a rigid mailing container.

We take pride in our work and would be as disappointed as you if it did not reach you in perfect condition. Consequently our packaging has been designed to be robust.

SHIPPING
We ship all items using Royal Mail to the address you provide during the Etsy checkout process.

UK: For buyers in the UK we ship using Royal Mail's Standard 1st Class service. This service aims to deliver the next working day but it may be prudent to allow 2 days.

EU and International: For buyers outside the UK we will ship using Royal Mail's International Standard delivery service. Within Europe a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days is expected, everywhere else this is 5 to 7 working days.

Please be aware that delivery times cannot be guaranteed with postal services often having additional pressure, especially during holiday seasons.

If you have been notified that your item has been shipped and it remains undelivered two weeks after the anticipated delivery date please contact us.

Standard delivery provides a reliable, efficient and economical service.


***** CHRISTMAS 2018 - SHIPPING DATES *****
All of our books are shipped using Royal Mail's delivery service. In order for us to meet the Royal Mail's latest recommended posting dates for Christmas 2018 please ensure your order is placed on or before the following dates:

- USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Europe : 3rd December 2018
- UK Inland : 12th December 2018

These are the last dates, pre-christmas, that we currently anticipate taking orders.

Where items are posted before the Royal Mail’s latest recommended posting dates for Christmas 2018 we would anticipate them arriving in time. Postal services can however be affected by seasonal pressures, weather conditions and many other factors which are not within our control. We therefore cannot, and do not, guarantee specific delivery dates and recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
Most of our items are specifically personalised for each individual order therefore wholesale orders are currently not accepted.

DESIGN CHANGES
We aim to introduce new designs on a regular basis. Where these designs allow for personalisation or customisation this is specified in the listing. Whilst we are happy to consider small variations to our designs we do not yet cater for major variations. If you would like to request a small variation please contact us before ordering for details of the further costs.

We do not currently offer an embossing service. Our designs are applied flat to the cover surface in order to create a more modern look and feel.

Branding is really important to the development of our little business therefore we discretely include our squirrel logo on each item. If you really must have him removed please contact us before ordering and we will have a quiet word to see if he minds.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Buyers outside of the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes and other costs. Overseas customers should also be aware that delays by customs may occasionally occur.
