First and foremost, Liz, the store owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The pillow is beautifully made with high quality materials. At first, I was a little on the fence about whether this was the right way for me to memorialize my pet and help me on my path to healing, but now that I have the pillow, I know I made the right decision. It brings me so much peace and comfort to have a final home for my pet in a form that I can hold close.

I have been on Etsy for almost a decade now, and I must say: hands down, the absolute BEST experience I’ve EVER had! The outcome was beyond what I ever imagined! The fur she used looked so much like my blue heeler’s fur (which was an incredible feat in and of itself) and she brought instant tears to my eyes with the replicated eye patch and the sweet message on the zipper pull😭 Not only was the product incredible, but the shop owner Liz was also one of a kind. She truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was part of the process, and kept me in the loop on shipping and delivery. Trust her creative judgement! She will not disappoint!

Our 13 old pug passed away and I was absolutely heart Brocken. I happened upon the pillow urn and am so glad I ended up getting it. The quality is amazing and it’s so soft! It helps being able to “hold and pet her” I would certainly recommend this.

Absolutely perfect! After our dog Jax passed away the day before my daughters 14th birthday, I knew I had to find the perfect memorial gift for her. He was her best friend. They did everything together, he was always in her room and she was always holding him. When I found this pillow I just knew it would be perfect.. she loves anything soft and cuddly, she can hug this, sleep with it and just hold it. While it can’t replace Jax, I think it will help comfort her. I filled the inside pouch with several photos of them together and had a special engraved dog rag to add on the zipper. She absolutely loved it all and the personal note from the seller. This item is perfectly done! Highly recommend!

This is an absolute genius of an idea. When the pillow arrived and I put Trouby's ashes inside, I hugged the pillow and just cried. I felt close to him again. And the material almost feels like his fur. Had a hard day today, so receiving the pillow urn really helped, kind of had a sigh of relief.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about shop owner Liz. She was so compassionate and gave such personalized service😁 Like her Cosette, I to lost a special needs cat. I rescued my Boo Bah at 5 weeks old and was the most precious love of my life for 8 years until I lost him to heart failure. He had CH (cerebellar hyperplasia). He was not able to walk from birth. Our bond was inseparable and his loss is the deep soulful pain only a mother would understand. I reached out to Liz and requested a special order. She was so accommodating and never hesitated. When I received my pillow I cried because it was SO perfect. Now my Boo has a warm soft place to finally rest and he will always be by my side with this lovely gift from Liz💞💞💞
