Hay algo especial en la alquimia de convertir la fruta fresca de temporada en algo que uno puede disfrutar en cualquier época del año. Me encanta crear combinaciones únicas que se seleccionan y mezclan cuidadosamente para obtener el mejor sabor.
Todas las conservas y mermeladas de squirrel Brand se fabrican en el antiguo método europeo en una sartén de conserva de cobre francesa. Hago cada tarro de principio a fin a mano, desde la preparación de la fruta hasta el sellado y etiquetado de los tarros. Se cocina en lotes muy pequeños para garantizar la más alta calidad.
Squirrel Brand se cocinó en Atlanta, Georgia, después de años de hacer encurtidos y conservas para regalar durante las fiestas, cuando no podía permitirme comprar regalos a nadie. Con el apoyo entusiasta de amigos, familiares y fanáticos, me animaron a ofrecer mis productos a la venta. A lo largo de los años he trabajado diligentemente para perfeccionar mi técnica y sabores.
Los productos de la marca Squirrel están hechos con amor, porque llevan el nombre de mi dulce hija, a quien he llamado 'Ardilla' durante la mayor parte de su vida. Estoy orgulloso de compartirlos con ustedes.

All Squirrel Brand preserves and jams are made in the old-fashioned European method in a French copper preserve pan. I make each jar from start to finish by hand, from the preparation of the fruit to the sealing and labeling of the jars. It is cooked in very small batches to ensure the highest quality.
Squirrel Brand was cooked up in Atlanta, Georgia, after years of making pickles and preserves to give away during the holidays, when I couldn't afford to buy anyone gifts. With the enthusiastic support of friends, family and fans, I was encouraged to offer my goods for sale. Over the years I have worked diligently to perfect my technique and flavors.
Squirrel Brand Goods are made with love, because they’re named after my sweet daughter who I have called ‘Squirrel’ for most of her life. I'm proud to share them with you.
