The shipping was timely; and when I opened it up, I felt all the love that had gone into its creation and the packaging inserts; it was accompanied by a lovely card also. Frequently asked questions
How do I take care of my artwork?
To keep your artwork safe, use a UV glass over the front and store in a frame. Do not store in plastic and avoid placing your artwork in direct sunlight or an area that receives a lot of moisture.
What's your copyright policy?
Right to reproduce does not transfer with sale of artwork. The Artist Sredna Kunowski retains all rights. Please don't copy, print my images, or duplicate them on the web. I have copyright ensured for all my works.
If you would like to sell your painting from one of my painting tutorials please include a reference on the back "Original tutorial by Sredna Kunowski" and give credit in all social media posts of the artwork. No sales of prints. No mass market sales (Etsy,Amazon etc). Thank you. Some reference images are used under license and not to be distributed or used without license.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH AN ORIGINAL PAINTING?
- Acrylic paintings are varnished, to protect your unique art for years to come.
- Canvas paintings are ready to hang with wire or saw tooth backing.
- All are hand signed and dated.
- All include certificate of Authenticity.
- Some paintings include a story card.
- All are packaged carefully and shipped safely to you, along with tracking and insurance.
ARE FRAMES INCLUDED?
Frames are for display purposes only and not included. Please contact me if you need help with matting & framing.
DELAYED/LOST PACKAGE
I can't make guarantees for packages not arriving on time. Unfortunately it is out of my hands. Once products have been made and shipped, it is up to the shipping service to deliver them on time.
During busy times like holidays or delays due to shortages during the pandemic:
North America delivery time may be delayed up to 4 weeks.
All other countries delivery time may be delayed up to 8 weeks.
If your package doesn't arrive with the time listed above, I can either refund you for your order or send a new one out to you. Please contact me with any shipping concerns.
SHIPPING
Please see item listing for specific processing times, but I try and get them out ASAP. Current processing times are around 2-6days. Art prints ship flat except for larger sizes. Sizes 16 x 20 in and larger ship rolled in a tube mailer.
