How are my orders packaged?
All orders are packaged with the greatest care. I do reuse/recycle boxes.
What is the processing time of marshmallow shooters?
It is the time I need to prepare the shooter. Assemble, paint and dry. Usually 3 days, but may be longer depending on weather.
Can I request no catnip added for the cat toys?
Absolutely, add that in the "note to seller" box during checkout.
What if I used the wrong address when I purchased?
If you used the wrong address for shipping, let me know within 48 hours and I can make adjustments. Once the item ships, there is nothing I can do.
What if my package is lost?
In the event that the package has been delivered, but it appears to be stolen, lost or not delivered you need to contact your local post office for assistance.
I am NOT responsible for stolen packages.
Do I get tracking with my order?
Absolutely. All orders placed in the United States will receive a USPS tracking number once item/s have shipped.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
