Normal production and shipping times: Production is 3-5 business days. Shipping is 9-15 days. It may take 1-2 days for your transaction to show that is paid - production does not start until payment clears. You will get a thank you message as soon as it clears.
Also if you live in an area where your package has a high risk to be stolen - I am not responsible for stolen packages. Shipping that requires a signature has a higher cost and you need to let me know that you require such shipment before making a purchase so you can be charged accordingly. The shipping is insured - insurance does not cover packages stolen once delivered, only lost or damaged in transit.

Frequently asked questions
What is the processing time?
The processing time is how long it may take to prepare an order before it is shipped out.
We do not accept requests for RUSH orders.
ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER, produced on demand. Our minimum processing time is 3-5 business days for all items.
What method is used for shipping?
Most packages come via DHL or FedEx and typically take 9-15 days after the product is made. We have no control over shipping once items have left our possession. Please use your tracking number to keep tabs on your package.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
All purchases are final.
Since all items are made to order and produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless we have made an error, or if there is a manufacturer’s defect.
If there is a defect or an error, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If there has been an agreement to send back an item, the item must be returned within 7 days of return/exchange acceptance.
This policy does not cover sizing issues, they do not qualify as a defect or error. Please make sure you have reviewed our size chart before purchase.
Cancellations must be requested within 2 hour.
Who designs your apparel?
Our creations are in-house designs by STAC$. I am an independent designer and I create every design myself. All items are custom-made. We are not affiliated with any companies that our products accessorize. All third party products or references in our listings are used for marketing purposes only. All designs are limited edition - once I have sold a set amount, that design will not be reproduced.
Sizing details
There should be a size chart for every item in the photo gallery of that item. If you do not see one on that item or a similar item (like a different hoodie - as the hoodies all have the same size chart)then please reach out before you order.
Custom and personalized orders
We do accept custom and personalized request. There is a premium for this as we have to redo the whole tech pack and update the whole digital design file and in most cases all of that work (even if the design part may be simple, updating those files so it can be manufactured takes time and energy) - Please message me to get a quote.
My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them. Please track the movement of the package with the provided shipping information. I do pay for insured shipping, but if it is marked delivered then it would be considered stolen and is not covered by insurance.
I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund?
Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, suite number, and zip code. You have a 2 hour window from when the order is placed to make a correction.
*** If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Otherwise, your order will be refunded, minus the shipping and warehousing costs.
