The plexiglass is actually there on purpose: it protects the print from dust and scratches and keeps it looking fresh for years. It's also fully removable if you ever prefer the bare print look. 4 out of 5 starsThe picture is lovely; however, it is protected with plexiglass, instead of non-glare glass. I was very disappointed to see that, as this item is not cheap.

Thank you for the lovely words about the artwork! Just to share, the plexiglass is UV-protective and added on purpose to keep your print safe from scratches, dust and fading, and it can be gently removed if you'd prefer it without. I only use first-quality materials, so you can be confident in the quality. A non-glare version isn't yet available in these larger sizes, but it's something I'm always working to improve. Custom and personalized orders
Yes, write to us through Etsy Messages with what you have in mind, and we'll come back within 24 hours with options and pricing. We can adjust dimensions, frame finish, and orientation on most pieces.
When will my order ship?
Each piece is made to order in our Riga,Latvia studio. Production takes 1–3 business days, then we hand it to FedEx. Delivery to the United States is typically 4–7 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as the package leaves the studio.
Will I be charged customs or duties when my order arrives?
No. We ship Delivered Duty Paid, which means we cover all customs fees and import taxes upfront. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, nothing additional at your door. This is our standard for every US order, regardless of size.
What materials do you use?
Our canvases are printed on premium cotton canvas, and our posters on 230 gsm heavyweight matte paper, museum-grade, archival quality. Frames are solid wood, available in a range of finishes including black, walnut, oak, and white. Every framed piece except canvas comes with UV-protective plexiglass, which shields the print from sun damage and keeps the colours true for decades. We work only with first-grade materials, and every piece carries our quality guarantee.
What happens if my piece arrives damaged?
Write to us through Etsy Messages with a photo of the package and the piece. We'll send a replacement at no cost, no need to return the original. Damage in transit is rare with our packaging, but when it happens, we make it right quickly.
Can I return or exchange a print?
Standard prints can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale, since they're made specifically for you. If something feels off about your order, message us first, we'd rather solve it than refund it.
Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but not identical. Every screen renders colour differently, and printed ink on paper has its own depth that a screen can't show. We calibrate our prints to a museum-grade colour profile, so the result is true to the original artwork, sometimes a shade richer in person.
