Unique jewelry, handcrafted for the flower child living inside you.

I think my love of jewelry-making began when I was about five and would string beads on wire for my mom to make into rosaries. But when I got a diagnosis of early onset Alzheimer's, I realized that love could be my salvation. I needed both financial help for my family, and something to keep me from losing my mind, literally. I started making jewelry, my sons took photos of everything I made, (and continue to do so), set up my Etsy shop, and Staggs Lane Jewelry was born.

I have grown to love this shop and the Etsy community with all my heart. The people I "meet" are amazing, the pieces I create for people who ask for a personal creation for a loved one, challenge me in a fantastic way.

I hope you all enjoy what Staggs Lane Jewelry has to offer, and please, Share us with your friends! I have sales from time-to-time and if you would like to receive coupons, leave your e-mail address in a convo.

As an added note regarding my Alzheimer's, I do hope that by sharing this diagnosis those of you who have had life-changing diagnoses will realize it doesn't have to be the end of your world. This shop and the people I meet and talk to make me laugh (and cry, but that's ok), and give me a reason to get out of bed every morning and keep on plugging away. Please Convo me if you want to talk about anything at all. You will be amazed at the strength you will find inside yourself when the world seems at its darkest.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
My return policy is pretty simple. I completely stand by all of my work and will do what it takes to make you happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied you can just follow either of these steps: The only exception to this rule is if the jewelry has been abused beyond normal wear and tear. But I will try to work with you to try to find a resolution to your problem. The only exception to my return policy is earrings; I cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons.

► Returns: Item must be in new, unused and unworn condition for returns and buyer must contact me within five days upon receipt of item. Item must be packaged in the original box with padding and a padded envelope must be used. A tracking number or other proof of delivery must be provided and I recommend you purchase insurance to cover damage or loss. Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. The only exception to this is earrings which CANNOT be returned due to hygiene issues.

► Returns in the EU: When returning an item, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase including shipping. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. I must be notified within 14 days of receipt of order of your intent to return your item. You are entitled to a Withdrawal Form which you have the option of filling out and returning with your order. This will be supplied upon request.

► Exchanges: You may send back the item for a replacement or another piece that is of equal value. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

► Custom Orders: Custom Orders are not returnable.

We accept all major credit cards through Etsy's direct checkout and Paypal.

No order will be shipped until payment has been confirmed.

Layaway --
If you are unable to make your purchase in one payment, I would be happy to split the listing in two or three equal payments. The first payment must be purchased within 24 hours or I can't hold the item for you.

Please contact me if you are interested in turning a listing into a layaway.
Current maximum turnaround per order is around 1 week, plus shipping unless you request something that I have to special order from my supplier. It is usually less for smaller orders though.

As every item is handmade, once your payment has been confirmed I will have your piece ready as soon as possible and out the door.

Items will ship via USPS First Class Mail with a delivery confirmation and insurance against loss or damage in transit and will generally reach you within a week in the United States; it will be longer for international shipping. You will be provided with a tracking number when your product is shipped,

Regarding shipping internationally. Customs bases their fees on the value of what is being shipped. Fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the cost of the item being purchased. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped and item(s) must be returned in the same condition you received them before refunds can be made.
