Payment
I accept PayPal. Since items are custom made, they will be shipped within 7 days of payment.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS. I ship items in sturdy cardboard envelopes or cardboard boxes and breakable items are bubble wrapped.

Shipping is shown on each item. Please convo me when purchasing more than one item for combined shipping rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final on personalized items once payment is received. All purchases for non-personalized items may be cancelled before item is shipped.
Additional policies and FAQs
Damaged Items:
If your tile is broken or damaged upon arrival, please convo me as soon as possible and return your damaged item to me. I will replace your item as soon as possible. You have 2 days from receipt of damaged product to convo me for an exchange or return. I will not accept returns or replace damaged items if I am not notified within 2 days of delivery date (as reported via USPS Tracking).
