How to place custom order?
1. If you want to use our existing designs, just place order through our listing, and leave a note about your initials or names that you want to customize on the stamp.
2. If you want to use your own designs, place order through the custom your own stamp listing, and send me black and white pictures in JPG, PNG, BMP or PDF.
3. The default stamp size is 25mm diameter, if you want other size, please leave me a note during order. I have 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 30mm in round shape, and 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 30mm in square shape.
4. Choose wax color number and leave me a note during order. If not specified, I will send wax color randomly.
5. Choose the handle color you want during order.
How long does it take to process the order?
Custom order will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days after cleared payment. If there is a draft confirmation process, the date starts from the time when the draft is confirmed.
How long does it take to deliver the order?

Can I track the order?
Yes, all orders will be sent through trackable registered airmail with tracking number and website, which will be updated and sent to you through message or E-mail.
Can I upgrade to express shipment?
For URGENT order, please upgrade to Expedited Shipping, and leave your telephone number in the note during order. Express shipping includes EMS, DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT. Packages without wax take 3-7 days to most of the countries in the world. Packages with wax take 10-20 days to most of the countries in the world.
