Updates

I used three stamps to create this design. In addition to the swirls, I also embellished it with the dot stamp. You can purchase them all from my shop and when you do, I will email you the full instructions on how to recreate the Stampadoodle flourish!

This shop has morphed into more of a stamping supply store! I'm so happy about that 'cause I love stamping as much (probably even more) than you do!

If there are any beads in this shop, they are from my personal collection. I have long forgotten my intent for purchasing them. I know I had something specific in mind, but that memory has evaporated. I hope you enjoy these beads. They are of the utmost quality. If there are any flaws, I will let you know right in the listing.

Payment
PAYMENT METHODS: I offer payment via PayPal with either your credit card or your PayPal balance. Either method is fine with me. It does not impact or delay shipping if you pay by credit card or PayPal.

I also will accept a money order. If you send a money order, I will ship your package after the money order has cleared. When you send a money order, please send it for the exact amount. If the amount on your money order isn't the exact amount of your purchase(s), I will return it to you and cancel the order.

PAYMENT TIMING: Your decision to purchase from my shop is as important to me as it is to you.

Etsy requires payment at the time of purchase, or the item is not considered sold. If you want something and need to pay late, please contact me. I'm happy to work out payment arrangements. Items will be shipped when they are paid in full.

I'm pretty easy to work with and I certainly understand the disappointment of missing a buying opportunity.
Shipping
SHIPPING TIMING: As a result of a BOOM in business, I am shipping regularly! I live near 2 (yes, two) postal facilities that work round the clock. So, there won't be any delays here. Many of my customers have commented on the quick ship, so you can rely on their feedback! If there are any unforseen circumstances, I will communicate promptly with you if there are any issues which might delay shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS: I feel my shipping costs are reasonable. I don't like getting ripped off with absurd shipping charges, so I won't do that to you. My costs include the actual price for shipping the item via USMail with a nominal fee (sometimes as low as 25 cents) for packaging.

If you are buying multiple items, I'm always willing to refund the excess shipping costs for items being mailed in one package directly back to you under the same method you used to pay, I.e., PayPal or money order.

ALL PACKAGES WILL BE MAILED TO YOUR ETSY ADDRESS, UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED. The best way to communicate an alternate address is to include a message to seller upon checkout. You can also contact me via convo, but please do so right away. Please do so prior to shipping so your packages goes where you want it to go.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: I ship from the US. All parcels will be marked as "small hand tools" or "small metal components". I do add insurance and this is reflected in the cost you paid for the shipping. Shipping without insurance is not an option. It is too risky. If a package does not arrive, or if partial contents arrive, or it is damaged, you will be asked to complete a declaration/waiver. This will be required before any monies are refunded to you or any additional goods are shipped to you. The insurance company requires the recipient to complete the form. If you refuse to complete it, you will not be reimbursed and neither will you receive replacements. Please be accomodating and fill out the form. It helps everyone.

I WILL put a value amount on the label. This is a reasonable amount. I will not put gift or sample on the label. Do not ask me to do this to avoid fees imposed by Customs. It is the buyer's/recipient's responsiblity to pay the appropriate customs charges, if any.

If you request a return, I will NOT absorb the cost of shipping the item to you. Neither will I absorb the cost of returning the item to me. This is particularly the case for EU countries under new legislation mandated in June 2014. If you purchase from my shop, I will send the item in good faith that you will keep it. No refund for shipping charges.

If this policy is confusing, or if you do not understand it clearly, it may be helpful to copy and paste the verbiage into google translate in your native language. This will be useful in understanding fully. Thank you!

SHIPMENT DELAYS: I am not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, carrier complications or customs delay. I ship immediately from the US and unfortunately, there are no guarantees your package will arrive. In all the time I've been selling on Etsy (8 years!) I've had 2 "non-receipt" international packages. One arrived after about 4 months having been in a fire somewhere along the way. The packaging was damaged but the steel stamps arrived safe and sound!!! The other package is really missing. So, that is a good track record considering I ship a few thousand packages per year.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS: I am a small business owner and I depend upon your purchases. If you have any inkling that you are not certain you want the item or it may not be the right size PLEASE ask before you purchase and pay. Once you click PAY, you are making a commitment to keep the item(s) purchased.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Occasionally, a product will be defective. I will work with you to determine if it is a manufacturing defect or a result of an inexperienced user. If together we determine the tool is defective, I'm happy to replace or refund, less shipping. No refunds given for opened or used merchandise.
Additional policies and FAQs
INSURANCE: Insurance is not included in the listing shipping costs, except for international packages. Insurance is an extra cost for all US-bound shipments. Insurance on your package is encouraged. I ship secure packages with all edges and boxes sealed. If no insurance is purchased, no replacement for non-delivery of packages can be given.

For international packages, EVERY international package includes insurance. This is included in the shipping cost. Please see the paragraph in the Shipping Policy section for more details.

And, I do not mail "commercial sample" packages. I understand customs charges can be outrageous, and I will mark packaging accordingly, but it won't say "commercial sample". You are responsible for knowing, and paying, all customs and/or import costs to your own country.
