★Orders will NOT BE CANCELLED if you place an order and do not read my turnaround time. It is clearly stated, and while I do my best to accommodate deadlines, by placing an order you are agreeing to all policies and my current turnaround time.★

★POSTAL DELAYS are bound to happen during the holidays, unfortunately, so please plan accordingly when placing your order. Orders will NOT be refunded or cancelled due to shipping delays.★

★Please be aware that I do not send out emails for orders unless there is a problem. Etsy sends an automated message confirming your order upon completion of payment, and another with tracking information once it has shipped so be sure that Etsy is added to your approved senders list in your email account. I will email in the event of issues with the requested personalization, if you request an earlier delivery date that cannot be accommodated, or if additional items are requested that have not been paid for.★

Welcome to Stamped Memories by Mel! Thanks for dropping by, and I hope you find something you love. If you don't, let me know and we'll work together to create it! I offer hand stamped jewelry in a variety of shapes, fonts and designs.


Your item will be shipped only after payment has been cleared, so please be aware of that if paying by e-Check.

If you need to cancel your order, let me know as soon as possible, and I will cancel the transaction only if your order has not yet been created. If production on the order has already commenced, I reserve the right to complete the sale and ship the item.

Please check my shop announcement for current deadlines and turn around time before ordering to ensure you aren't disappointed by the delivery date of your item. Failure to do so does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.


Please see my shop announcement for current turnaround time. Turnaround time is how long it will take me to create your handmade keepsake, this does not include the amount of time it will take for USPS to deliver it to you. My time frame changes dependent upon my current workload. If this does not meet your needs, you must contact me before ordering to ensure that I can accommodate your request to have it out before then.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Once an item leaves my home, I no longer have any control over it. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by USPS, especially during busy seasons, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the holiday season.

Right now I ship only using US Postal Service First Class or Priority shipping unless otherwise stated. If you need a faster shipping method, please contact me PRIOR to checking out so that I can upgrade your listing's shipping cost. Express shipping is available for an additional cost.

I ship all orders directly through Etsy, so be certain to double check the address you enter to make sure that your package reaches it's destination. Incorrect addresses will only delay you receiving your order.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, please be advised that I am not responsible for any Duty or Customs Fees charged upon your package's entrance to your country. The shipping cost you pay includes ONLY what it costs to send your package to your country via the United States Postal Service, I do not add extra fees in the shipping cost as all countries are different and there may not even be any fees assessed. I cannot track your package once it leaves the United States. Shipping times vary widely from country to country, even when they're relatively close, therefore I cannot accurately estimate your shipping time.

Refunds and Exchanges

If I make an error in creating your item, I will gladly replace it, please contact me explaining the situation.

I do not offer refunds on items that show as having been delivered according to USPS tracking data. If your item shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members to see if they have put it aside for you, as well as with neighbors to ensure it was not delivered to them by mistake. Unfortunately, once an item shows delivered, USPS will not allow me to open a case or file a claim of any kind with them, however you can still follow up with your carrier and local office to see if they can be of any assistance. I ship my orders in purple envelopes, thus making it easier for them to be found in case of misplacement or misdelivery.

I am not responsible for errors on the part of the customer, such as incorrect names, dates or birthstones. Corrections need to be sent immediately, if I have already stamped the information entered, there is no way for me to correct it and a replacement will need to be purchased. If corrections are not confirmed by me, it is likely I have not received it, so please be sure to follow up via Etsy convo, as that is the best method of communication to reach me and be sure that there is documentation of any and all issues with the order. The font shown in the photo of you purchase is what will be used unless otherwise discussed. Upon receipt of your item, dissatisfaction with the font or slight variations in the appearance of the words and/or design stamps are not grounds for a refund, however if you contact me, we can work together to find a solution, as my main goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If there are no specifications made at the time of checkout for general items, the piece will be stamped exactly as shown.

Please contact me PRIOR to opening a case with Etsy or leaving negative feedback in the event that there is any discrepancy between what you were expecting and what you received. Once a case is open or negative feedback has been left, I must consider that sale to be final and completed. More often than not I will be able to work with you to find a resolution.

For non-personalized items, unless the item is significantly different than the photo in the listing or you're sent the wrong item, returns will not be accepted. Extenuating circumstances may be considered, please contact me and I'll see what I can do. I need to be notified within three days of the package being delivered and the items must NOT have been worn or used in any way.

While I do my best to ensure that every order is correct (what's stamped, what's in the package, etc), I am human and errors do occur. If the mistake is my fault, please contact me within three days of your package arriving (noted in your tracking information). I will ask that you send me a photograph so that I can verify that I did indeed make a mistake.

Please check your email regularly, as if I have questions about how to complete your order I will attempt to contact you first via Etsy, and subsequently through your direct email address. Failure to respond in a timely manner will only delay your order.

If you have any issues upon receipt of your item, CONTACT ME. I am unable to help you with your item if you open a case through Etsy or PayPal.

Refunds and replacements will only be given upon return receipt of the original item(s). Contact me before sending your item back to ensure that a return is acceptable, unauthorized returns will be sent back at the expense of the buyer.

I reserve the right to refund and cancel any order due to rude or belligerent behavior, as well as due to negative past experiences.

Any custom work I do may be added to my shop at my discretion. This means names, dates or quotes that are sent in may be photographed and listed. Any personal information, such as phone numbers and addresses, will be blurred and not visible to ensure privacy.
