Thanks for taking the time to take a look through my shop!
When you purchase something through my shop, you can be assured that it is of the highest quality and made with love. I primarily use Stampin' Up! product in my creations, however, on occasion introduce other products as well.
If you are local, please either convo or email me your request and I will create a custom button for you to save shipping. But please add a note to your order requesting pick up.
If there is anything that you see that you would like in a different color, please feel free to email me and I would be happy to accommodate your wishes if possible.
Payment is required prior to shipping and/or commencement of work on any custom orders. If payment is not received within this period of time, I will convo you and give you up to a week from when the sale was made to pay. If there is no payment after 7 days, consider the sale cancelled.
**Note: shipping prices are estimates, should the shipping work out less than what you were charged, your paypal account will be credited for the difference. If shipping works out to be more than what you paid, well that's my mistake and I will pay the difference.**
I do ship worldwide. Everything is sent via Canada Post, First Class mail. All large packets are sent with a trackable parcel number. Small items, such as single cards are sent as letter mail. Orders may take up to three business days to package and process, unless otherwise posted in my annoucements. Custom work schedules will vary depending on the size and scope of the request.
Standard letter-mail delivery time for Canada Post is 2 days locally; 3 days province-wide; 4 days anywhere within Canada. USA & international destinations may take from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the location and time of year.
If you live locally and would like to arrange for pick up, please either convo me or use the Paypal button but add a note for pick up. I will credit you the difference for shipping.
Customs and Duty
Some countries may charge customs, duty fees, and taxes. All charges are paid for additionally by the recipient. Please check with your local post office regarding any additional charges for incoming parcels.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy for whatever reason, I will work with you to resolve the issue. Please e-mail me. Any problems should be brought to my attention within 1 week of receiving the product.
