Welcome to Stamping Out Loud
Please feel free to contact me regarding custom pieces, special sizes (longer or shorter), wholesale, so on. Or perhaps you love a look, but want it in a different metal rather than what I am offering it in... many pieces can be made in a variety of ways.
I am happy to make something exclusive and special to you or for a loved one.

A note about hand stamped pieces...Each handstamped piece is stamped by me, not a machine, so slight imperfections in letter spacing might occur. I put a lot of care into each piece that I create so you can reassure that your purchase will be the best quality I can possibly produce.
Enjoy your time browsing my store and I hope you find something for yourself or a loved one.

  • Buy with Apple Pay

Payment is always made in advance. I don't even see the order if the payment is not complete.
Paypal is the only method I accept on Etsy.
***Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail in paper 000 bubble mailer envelopes.
***Priority mail upgrade is available for an additional charge - please notify me if this is an option you would like to upgrade to.
*** Do understand that by upgrading to priority doesn't mean that your order will be worked first. I always work in order recieved; it's only fair to ALL of my customers. What shipping priority means is that once I do ship it, it should get to you a tad bit faster than regular 1st class.

**NOTE** PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR MAILING ADDRESS ON FILE WITH PAYPAL IS CORRECT. This is the address I use when i print labels (Unless you are a Non-US customer...then I use the Etsy address). If I get a returned piece of mail, I will have to recharge you postage to reship your item.
If you wish to purchase insurance for your items, please send me a convo before you purchase so I can send you an updated paypal invoice.
***I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES*** I send a tracking number with every shipment except for international orders. Some of the time your shipment confirmations will go into your spam folder so check there first.
USPS does not track international packages. The only thing I get is a stamped copy of the customs form when I drop it off at the post office. Although I've not had many issues with lost international packages, I cannot be responsible for them. Once they leave US ground, the package is out of my hands.
Refunds and Exchanges
StampinOutLoudDotCom items are not refundable. If I make a mistake with a piece and it's no fault of yours, I will happily replace the item. I may ask for you to return the piece or at least send a picture of the item.
If an order is placed and within 24 hours you change your mind, I will refund; However, I will charge a 20% cancellation fee for my time. Anytime after that and the piece(s) haven't been put into my production assembly, I will refund 50%.
I do this because it's not easy to cancel a transaction. I first have to go to paypal and find the transaction, cancel it, print it, then find the original Etsy order in one of my many trays, pull that order, and sometimes the pieces that have already been cut and sorted that are associated with that order, and then finally cancel the entire transaction in Etsy. So please understand why my refund policy is what it is.

I can, for any reason, cancel a transaction, if I feel that I can not fulfill that order in any way.
Additional policies and FAQs
Jewelry care:
Each Stamping out loud piece is created with care. The following guidelines will help keep your jewelry in its original condition.
Avoid lotions and sprays, and perfumes which can discolor metal or leave a tacky film on surface.
A process called Oxidation causes sterling silver, Copper, and brass to tarnish when exposed to the air over time. To help keep your jewelry from oxidizing, keep it stored in the anti tarnish bag.
If your jewelry becomes tarnished there are products you can use to clean it. Silver polishing cloths are treated with tarnish removing agents. Copper, you can use a extra fine steel wool pad (no chemicals on pad) and lightly just 'scrub' surface. Nickel and Aluminum should not tarnish. The more acidity a person has in their bodies will determine if Nickel will darken the skin.

***I want to mention that I cannot be responsible for any changes made to an order. This means that you need to be very careful when placing your order and typing in the notes to seller. Please try not to leave anything left unanswered. For example...some of my listings state that it's a keychain or a necklace. If you want a necklace, state that in your notes to seller; otherwise, you will get a keychain if that's what is pictured. Even if you've convo'd me before hand and stated you want a necklace...IF IT'S NOT IN THE NOTES TO SELLER, THEN I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE.
