Shipping
U.S buyers: I ship Priority mail with tracking and insurance. A flat rate of $11 is charged and if it comes out to less at the post office I will refund any of the additional cost.

International buyers: Items are shipped with tracking and insurance. A flat rate of $50 is charged and if it comes out to less at the post office I will refund any of the additional cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
HANDMADE JEWELRY: No refunds on any of the jewelry. I do my very best to describe the piece so you know exactly what you are getting.

CUSTOM ORDERS (This includes the locking bracelets): No Refunds. Custom orders are made to fit you and only you to your specific measurements and preferences. I would be unable to sell these pieces to anyone besides the person that ordered them. If the item doesn't fit send it back within 1-3 days of receiving it and I will resize it. Buyer pays shipping.

WATCHES (Not Serviced): No refunds. Since I did not work on these watches I can not know what sort of shape the internal mechanism is in. They may work they may not. A watch can stop running due to the mailman being too rough so non-serviced watches are sold AS IS.

WATCHES (Serviced): No refunds. If you encounter any issues with the watch send it back and I will go into it and resolve the issue and ship it back to you. Buyer pays shipping to me. I will pay return shipping to you. This doesn't NOT apply to broken mainsprings, broken balance staff, case issues or any other issue that may have been caused by the buyer.

VINTAGE ITEMS (not listed above): No Refunds. I do my best to describe the item to you and the condition that it is in.
