I can't help it. I just like to make things that I want, and strive for items that no one else has.

I learned about Shrinky Dinks in an LJ community, looked into them, and experimented with them a lot. I love phone charms, and decided to start there. I really wanted to just make some for myself, but several people online liked my stuff and actually wanted to buy it!

So here I am, I have a happy shop, which evolved from LJ, to Ebay, and now to Etsy. I also have been able to sell my items at several anime conventions so far, and people seem to really enjoy my items!

I like my items to be unique and different than what everyone else sells. There may be other phone charms out there, but none will have the same thought and uniqueness put into them that I put into mine. I also come from a customer service background, so keeping everyone happy is very important to me. Just read some of the feedback I have received, and you will see how happy I've made several people.

TLDR;
I love to make the stuff I sell. I love knowing people enjoy what I make.

Returns and exchanges
My items are not made of steel (acrylic is pretty close in my opinion ^__^) , so they can break depending on use. If an item arrives broken, message me and I will assist you.

If you do not receive an item, also, please message me and we will look into the tracking info to see what's happened to it.

If it is lost I am always willing to refund you or attempt to send another item if possible.
Payment
Buyers will have to pay immediately, but if you are waiting for a paycheck or something, and me a message and I'll try to hold onto whatever you are wanting!

Cancellations are perfectly fine if I have not shipped your item. Once it's leaves my hands, it's really out of my hands. Should the be any problems upon arrival please message me and we will work that out!
Shipping
I work a full-time job aside from this home business run by yours truly! So, I generally only ship about once a week, hence the longer shipping times. I try to pack things up on the weekends and ship Mondays, but that is not always the case. I still try my very best to always ship by the expected shipping date on each order.

If you need something by a particular date, please send me a message, rather than only leave a note with your purchase. A message will alert me, and I will be able to respond much quicker.

Also, international buyers, please be aware of your customs duties upon arrival. I use Etsy's shipping service which includes the item value and description on the label, and I do not lower the value amount.

**If you choose Priority Shipping **
If you choose Priority Shipping, please be aware that my handling time is still 3-5 business days, but the shipment time will be much quicker than basic shipping. I try to get Priority orders out sooner if I can, and if you need it before the expected shipment date, please message me, so I can mail it ASAP!

Lastly, I would ask that you please double-check your mailing address, make sure it is correct and that all information is filled out. I often don't know if there is a problem with the address until I am printing the shipping label, so this can cause your item to be delayed. This happens a lot with international orders, and I hate to have any orders delayed for this reason.
