A real passion for 3d modeling, 3d-printing, engineering and video-games.

My name is Jeff Lagant but i'm known on the Internet as StarJeff.

I'm a 25 y.o french mechanical engineer who happens to love video-games and movies.

I model, print and paint everything myself.
I own an Ultimaker 2 and I use lots of different filament, depending on the final use of the object.

I own an Iwata Airbrush with to paint my props. Everything is primed, filled, sanded, painted and varnished by my own hands.

If you want to know more about the process, check this short video showing the basics steps on how i make a replica:

And now, here i am. Opening my own store on Etsy.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do full body armors?

No as it requires too much fitting and it's too complicated for me to make something like this without having the person right next to me to make measure and ajustments.
I also never made one so far and can't guarantee a certain level of quality

What the overall deadline for making a prop?

For something that I already made (basically, everything on my Etsy Store)
Small items such as stimpaks: 1 week
Handgun sized items: 1-2 weeks
Rifle sized: 2-3 weeks
For custom work, it depends on the prop

What do you charge for custom commission?

It really depends on what you're asking for so I don't have any baseline to give.
There are a lot of factors to take into account: Size, weight, complexity of the shapes, complexity of the paintjob, etc
Every prop is different.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes but keep in mind that I'm not responsible for the shipping deadlines.
For Europe 3-5 business days
For Non-Europe: 5-8 business days
All props are well packed for maximum protection and package can be tracked online (even for small items send by bubbled envelopes)

Can I have a custom paintjob or my name written on the side?

Yep. I usually do it for free but if it's a bit complex I may charge 5-10€ extra (rainbow skin, that sort of stuff)

Do you sell your 3D files?

No and I don't plan to do it in the near future.

Do you sell raw kits?

I recently added this feature to all listings.
All parts (raw kits or fully painted) are printed on a high quality 3D printer (Ultimaker2) with high quality PLA (FormFutura).
Everything is printed at a resolution of 0.1mm (instead of 0.2mm for most shops) or 0.15mm for the biggest parts on the larger props.
More info on each individual listings

I wanna buy multiple items but the shipping fees are stacking up. Why?

Right now, I didn't find a good way to deal with multiple orders shipping fees automatically so you'll need to send me message so I can give a proper quote on a multiple order.

The listing of the item I want said it had been sold! Will you make more?!

Don't worry. I only put one item available at a time to avoid getting swamped with orders I couldn't complete in time. It will be back very soon. If you're afraid to miss the next occasion, send me a message to book the next slot.
