I hope you enjoy my handmade gemstone jewelry. I take pride in producing unique, beautiful, and one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art, and providing superior quality and service for my buyers. I have been creating and selling my unique jewelry for over 25 years, via boutiques, online venues, charity auctions, parties, private sales and custom orders.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I strive for 5-star service and satisfaction on every order, and want all my customers to be happy with their purchase. Please read descriptions carefully, I take care to describe items accurately and am not responsible for customers not reading descriptions. I do custom orders so if you want a necklace with a different length, etc., please convo me before purchase and before shipping. If you see someting in my sold items you like, convo me, I may be able to duplicate it for you. If there is any problem with your order, please convo me immediately, and I will do my best to make it right. Please convo me with any issues before leaving anything less than 5-star feedback. I package my items carefully and ship to avoid damage. In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, I will replace, repair, or refund your item (must be returned) at my discretion unless shipping insurance is purchased by the buyer, in which case buyer may elect a refund. Items confirmed as delivered by the post office will not be replaced or refunded if claimed as lost/stolen.

Cancellations: Orders cancelled before work is begun or shipped may receive a refund MINUS nonrefundable fees I am charged by PayPal and Etsy.

Returns: Custom and personalized orders are NOT returnable except in the case of damage during shipping, see above. I accept returns on all other items postmarked with seven days of receipt for a refund of purchase price, excluding shipping and minus nonrefundable fees I am charged by PayPal and Etsy. Buyer pays original and return shipping, except for cases of seller error (e.g. you receive the wrong item), in which case I would assume any additional shipping costs incurred by my mistake.
I accept PayPal (you may pay via credit card or bank transfer via PayPal) and credit cards via Direct Checkout. If these are not possible for you I will consider personal checks and money orders for orders over $50, however I will not ship for 7 days or until payment clears. Sales tax will be applied for California residents in accordance with local law. Taxes are charged on item only, not on shipping or insurance. Customs, VAT or other fees due to destination country are the SOLE responsibility of buyer and not included in purchase price. Cancellations may be accepted if no work has begun, minus any non-refundable fees.
All items are safely packaged and shipped via USPS. Shipments within the United States include delivery confirmation and tracking. U.S. orders may be upgraded to priority mail for an additional $5 if seller's schedule permits. please convo. Insurance available at USPS rates (I will not insure for more than the cost of the transaction)

International buyers are responsible for any local taxes or duties on their shipment. Sorry, but I cannot mark transactions as "gift" to avoid customs, doing so is illegal and can result in large fines.

Orders to Saudi Arabia can only ship via USPS First Class Mail if under $50 according to their postal regulations. Please be aware you may need to print out your invoice to show to the P.O. there to prove value (I include value on customs form but have had issues with this in this country). I am not responsible for other countries not abiding by their own written regulations and no refunds will be given for non-delivery of packages proved shipped by U.S. tracking and not delivered despite meeting regulations. Non-custom items I receive returned in good condition will be credited for purchase price minus fees and shipping will not be refunded except in case of seller error.

FEEDBACK: Please remember to leave positive (5-star) feedback on your purchase— thanks! My hard-earned 5 star rating means that anything less than 5 stars counts against my shop as NEGATIVE feedback. If you have any reasonable concerns about your order, please contact me via convo PRIOR to leaving feedback. I strive to provide 5-star service and satisfaction on every order by working hard to describe items accurately, fill orders correctly, meet my stated processing times, and providing responsive customer service. I have a high accuracy rate but if I ever do make a mistake or if there is a problem on your order, *please* tell me about it ASAP via convo so I can make it right for you! I always want to make things right for my honest and reasonable customers, especially when they ask me nicely. I reserve the right to refuse/cancel future orders from customers who leave negative feedback (less than 5 stars). Honest customers need not worry, but scammers (unfortunately there are a few bad apples out there) please note: Feedback extortion (trying to get something for nothing with bogus claims or implied threats of negative feedback) is against Etsy policy, will be reported, will get you nowhere in my shop, and may result in the suspension or permanent removal of your account from Etsy.

Invoices are available for you to print out from My Purchases. I do not include printed invoices in packages unless specifically requested to do so, so you do not need to ask me not to when sending a gift to recipient.

Gemstones and other materials are described to the best of my ability and as they were sold as to me. I purchase my gems and supplies at gem shows, online, and in stores. I do not independently test or grade stones or other materials, I describe them as they were sold to me and based on my own experience and knowledge working with many gemstones over the years.
