I am a full-spectrum doula! I attended my first birth in 2012.
Supportive plant medicine for birthworkers, parents, and other carers.
I am a longtime doula and new herbalist inspired to create plant medicine that supports those who care for others. My blends are specially formulated for birthworkers (like doulas and midwives), parents, and other carers.
The name of the shop is inspired by the fact we—the bodies we use to birth, the hands we use to care— are literally, made of the same stuff as the stars.
