Thank you for visiting my shop, Starfish and the Sea!

For general jewelry care avoid bathing, swimming or sleeping, doing anything active (sports, exercise, yardwork, etc.) with jewelry on. Keeping dirt and sweat away from your jewelry can preserve the quality and life of your piece. If you are going to use a jewelry cleaner, always remember to read the instructions first.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you ever have any questions about pieces from my shop!

Payment

I accept Paypal and credit card payments.

Payment is required within 48 hours of purchase. Unpaid items may result in orders being cancelled and the item(s) relisted. Once again, feel free to contact me with any questions if you encounter any difficulties.

Shipping

Items will be shipped via USPS First Class mail after payment is received. Since I will ship to the address listed, please make sure it is correct. If you would like me to ship directly to a gift recipient, for no additional charge, please include this in the "Message to Seller" section.

For shipping to U.S. only: All orders will include tracking information once your item ships.

For shipping outside of the U.S: Before purchasing any jewelry please check with your local postal office for any customs fees that will be issued as they are the buyer's responsibility.

If you would like to obtain insurance for an item, please contact me for an insurance quote and wait for a revised invoice before sending payment.

You will be responsible for any lost or damaged packages once items are shipped unless if insurance is purchased. Listed shipping fees do not include insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to hygienic reasons, I am unable to provide refunds or exchanges.
