Can you recolor or otherwise modify a listing?

Unfortunately not. We're a Ready to Ship shop and all items have already been printed and cut. I cannot make any changes - I'm always open to "requests", but please note that with the current workload I'm unable to take on custom orders in the sense of "Oh, okay, I can do this for you and it'll be ready by [insert date here]." Instead I can just add things to my to do list. :)

I have multiple open orders. Can shipping be combined?

We never guarantee this. However, when I do see it I try to do so without even being asked, but at times when our order volume is higher I simply can't set orders aside until I get to later ones to combine them. All orders are processed in the order they come in and are shipped when they're ready to go.

Regarding Shipping Times

We're a ready to ship shop, so most orders should ship within 3-5 business days. However, this may change during sales, etc. You can always check the "shipping" tab of a listing to see when the estimated ship timeframe would be for that item, or if you've already ordered you should have an estimated ship date on your receipt (available under "My Purchases").

Custom and personalized orders

International Customs: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Regarding Tracking on Shipped Orders

I do not offer an untracked option for packages, in the US or internationally. I know international postage is expensive and I regret that as much as anyone, but I'm not comfortable shipping without tracking.

In regards to packages that haven't been updated/scanned in/have gone MIA - if you're in the US, please allow up to two weeks (three during the holiday season -anytime from Veteran's Day until the week after New Year) from the day your package was marked shipped to panic. If they haven't arrived by the end of that window and there's no indication of any recent movement (within the past 2 weeks), we will likely resend at that time. International customers, please allow up to one month from your shipped date for the package to arrive.
