*Delivery Issue with Etsy Labels - Please Read!*
As of July 2022, it has been reported that some Etsy labels are being scanned as delivered a few days before the order is actually delivered. This issue has been reported to both Etsy and Pitney Bowes. If you have an order that has been scanned as delivered but hasn’t been delivered yet, please wait two business days. If the order still hasn’t not shown up after those two business days, please reach out to me for a reshipment or refund. I am very sorry for the inconvenience and confusion this issue may cause!
Please note that the free shipping option in my shop includes an Etsy label that uses a Pitney Bowes transit number. This is not the same as a USPS tracking number. The transit number doesn’t always show step-by-step tracking and are sometimes incorrectly scanned at the post office. If you would like to upgrade your order to a USPS tracking number, please choose a shipping upgrade at checkout.
