    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept cancellations
    Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
    I don't accept returns or exchanges
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    Returns and exchange details
    No refunds or exchanges unless your item was damaged before shipping (which is unlikely and has never happened before), sorry.

    If there is a problem with your order, such as an item missing, you must let me know immediately. I am sorry but once 2 weeks have past from the date your item was purchased, I can't do anything for you. Thanks for understanding.
    Shipping
    I can fit 6 yards in a USPS Priority Flat Rate envelope.
    I ship to your address you gave to Etsy to set up your account. If the tracking information says "delivered" but you did not receive the item, please check with your local post office; I am sorry, but I am not responsible for lost packages once they are out of my possession. Thanks for understanding!

    My shipping/handling fees have been calculated to help me to pay for things like etsy fees, paypal fees, and shipping/packaging materials and gas and time to get to the post office. I am more than happy to discuss these with you so you feel that you are getting a fair price!
    Additional policies and FAQs
    If you require a receipt in your package please ask me for one, otherwise I allow you to print your own to save paper.

    Items that have the word "destash" in the description may or may not be pre-washed.
