I do my best to accurately capture and represent each item in my photos and descriptions. Please take into account colors may vary slightly due to lighting or computer monitors.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with the item, I will gladly accept a return. You are responsible for return shipping, unless the item was not as described/pictured. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item.

Currently, I only accept payment via Paypal or cash in person.

I think it is the easiest and safest way for everyone. But, even though I cannot accept credit card payments... GOOD NEWS! You can use your credit card through Paypal or Amazon and you don't even have to sign up a bank account!

I will try to be flexible though, so if Paypal is causing you trouble, conversation me and we can work out an alternative form of payment.

Payment is expected within 1 day of purchasing, or at least an email explaining the situation. If I have not received payment (with the exception of e-checks through PayPal) after 1 day, I will cancel the order and relist the item.

*** I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS! :D It is less expensive than ordering seperatly, but you will need to let me know you have purchased multiple items that you would like combined and then I will be able to give you a shipping cost depending on which items you have purchased ***

All orders will be placed in the mail for shipping as quickly as possible - which is based on if the item is already created (meaning it is ready to ship and is sent out the next day) verses a custom creation (depends on the item's creation time needed - I will be able to give you an estimate).

If you need an item by a certain date, I would love to help you make your deadline~ Please let me know and I can see what we can work out! Also, I am happy to include a gift note if you would like me to send an item directly to the recipient.

I ship through USPS since that is where I have been able to find the best prices - keeping costs as low a possible! I will send you an e-mail or 'conversation' as soon as your item has been shipped.

I do my best to ensure packaging is top notch, but in the unlikely event something goes awry, I do add insurance to any breakable items - so please be sure to let me know within 2 days of recieving if something was damaged.

PLEASE BE SURE YOUR PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT - this is how I know where to ship your purchase unless you include a message with your purchase. Once an item is in the mail there is nothing I can do to change the destination.
