Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrectly labeled (for example, if you received the wrong size).
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll be happy to review the issue and make it right.
Note that we are unable to offer exchanges for a different size or color. If you’re unsure about sizing, we encourage you to review our size charts carefully. Each product includes a specific size chart in the listing photos.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Production takes 2–5 business days (3 days on average). After your order ships, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
