Does this pattern come with fabric and floss?

Help! I'm missing an item.

Floss skeins are sometimes wound together so it is hard to tell there is more than one. Also, charts are sometimes bundled together in a plastic bag or are placed on both sides of the cardboard backing to prevent damage. If you still are missing an item, please contact me.

My package was marked Delivered, but I have not received it.

Please check with neighbors and your post office/mail carrier as soon as possible. Your local resources oftentimes are the most effective and fastest way to locate your package. If you are unable to locate it, please contact me, and I can help you start an investigation with USPS. I am unable to refund or reship orders which are marked Delivered by your shipping carrier.

I still have not received my order.

Due to the COVID pandemic, there have been significant delays within the USPS system. Please check tracking at USPS.com for the most up-to-date tracking information. Orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to reach you, but are typically delivered within a timely fashion. I appreciate your patience!

I placed another order. Can I combine shipping?

I'm happy to combine shipping when possible and refund the shipping difference. Etsy charges a processing and shipping fee for every order with a listed shipping cost (even if combined) so the refund will be minus these fees.
