I ordered this for my sister for her birthday. She is severely allergic to cats. The item arrived timely, however the item itself and the packaging was covered in cat hair. Even the tape on the packaging had cat hair stuck to it. I can provide a picture as my sister sent me a picture because I couldn't believe it was that bad. As a shop owner if pets are in the home I believe measures should be taken to try and keep animals off of products being sold to a customer. If there was a single hair or so I would not feel so strongly. However my sister had an allergic reaction just by opening her birthday package.

I was very disappointed that the buyer had such a negative experience and I take all customers concerns seriously. I reached out to the buyer to apologize and see if there is anything to be done, but have not had a response back. I am a bit flummoxed as to the report of cat hair in the package and on the item as all my items and shipping materials are stored in lidded boxes in a cupboard away from the cat. I even went to the box this item was stored in, the shipping supplies and the area I pack in and they were all hair free. Perhaps this was an anomaly, but I can assure any future buyer that I have never had a complaint about cat hair prior to this one and I have 1,000 + sales in 3 shops. Because of this review, I will be extra vigilant in examining my packages to absolutely be sure that they are hair free.

Following my love of photography.

I have always love photography from the first time I used my little 110 film camera as a kid. Later on in life, I decided to follow my dream and attended Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA.

After leaving Brooks with a extremely well filled basket of tools and knowledge, I worked as a family portrait photographer, did a little celebrity/event photography and now here i am on Etsy.

Currently I am offering digital prints and postcards, but I also want to start working with large format film and fine art black and white photography.
