5 out of 5 starsSo, the strap on the left was the first strap I received. After contacting the seller and voiced my concerns about the thinness of the strap he promptly made me an new strap with more thickness. Both are a beautiful leather and the second one will last me a long time. He also made adjustments in the holes as I requested. I am really happy I bought from this seller. My skx007 is a diver but I wear it as a casual dress watch often times. I would do business again in a heart beat!

5 out of 5 starsThis is the second strap that I've had Jason make for me. Once again it exceeds my expectations. Jason does excellent, high quality work. He went over and beyond to ensure that it was exactly what I wanted. I'm sure I'll be purchasing more straps from him in the future.

5 out of 5 starsSimplicity is an elegance all its own. A one piece strap made out of high quality leather, cut and stitched with care, is just such elegance. The pull up tones of Horween's Dublin goes well with many watch finishes and colors. This strap will be on my wrist for quite some time! Ordering was straightforward and communication was excellent.

A variety of custom straps.
A journey that nearly ended before it ever really got started.
I always had an interest in how mechanical things worked. As a kid, my mom bought me a fairly expensive Walkman, which I subsequently disassembled simply to see how it operated. Thankfully, I avoided punishment for destroying the Walkman because I successfully reassembled it without her knowing!
My interest in mechanical things eventually evolved into an interest in vintage watches, and as anyone who collects watches can tell you, once it gets into your blood, it's pretty much over. In late 2013, I was watching a video called Talking Watches on Hodinkee.com featuring John Mayer in which he said, "I get into things very deeply when I get into them. Yeah, it's excessive in some way, but there is an excessiveness to ambition as well." That statement resonated with me because it aptly described my interest in restoring and collecting watches, and eventually, how I started making leather straps.
Eager to try new leathers for my straps, I bought some scrap pieces from Saddleback Bags, from which I made a fully saddle stitched strap for my Seiko SKX007 watch. I posted a photo of the strap on Instagram, and to my amazement, Saddleback shared my strap on their own feed. Before that, I had never considered selling my handmade straps, but I was encouraged by the positive comments about my work.
I truly enjoy crafting watch straps for enthusiasts like myself, or even casual watch wearers who are looking for something unique to accompany the only watch they own and wear daily. I usually test fit the straps to one of my own watches to ensure proper sizing and it's exciting to try color combinations that I might not have chosen personally. Inevitably (especially with custom orders) I end up making one for myself!
Thanks for checking out my shop! I am happy to share my creations with you and I look forward to helping you choose the right custom strap!

Shop policies
After receiving a handmade rally strap as a gift, I saw how a simple strap change could completely transform the character of a watch. Straps seemed like the artistic complement to the mechanical machine. From that point, I learned all I could about leather, stitching, and finishing. It didn't take long for leathercraft to become a passion.
I strive to create the perfect strap for YOUR watch, so I do not keep an inventory of straps on hand. Each strap is custom made according to your preferences and I offer numerous options for customization such as strap and end shape, thread color, and stitching styles. I can also accommodate most custom requests, so please send me a message and I will see what can be done to create exactly what you want.
I truly enjoy crafting watch straps for enthusiasts who own more watches than they would care to admit (like me), to casual watch wearers who are looking for something unique to accompany their only watch. I look forward to helping you choose the right custom strap!
