How long does it take to process my order?
All items are made to order. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
How long does shipping take?

United States: 5–10 business days
UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
Canada & Australia: 7–12 business days
Rest of world: 10–15 business days

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo.
