1 out of 5 starsI ordered this product as a present in November and received it in February. After finally receiving it and opening it i found out it is broken. On top of that the seller has been ignoring my messages. Do not recommend!

Hi Franz, I have contacted you several times offering you a replacement. As I have informed, the delays are due to re-routing being done and other delays caused by the current pandemic situation in Australia. Thanks and Regards, David

1 out of 5 starsI ordered in 5th of January for wedding anniversary. I was expecting to arrive before 24th of January as it says 14 to 20 days estimated delivery time but up to now I haven't receive my order yet. So disappointing.

I requested that the seller christmas wrap it for me due to me being deployed and not being able to myself, and they did! Beautiful. My husband said it was the perfect addition to his Jack Daniel's whiskey barrel bar area.
