1 out of 5 starsPurshsing was easy and fast. But I ordered on July 2nd it shipped on the 4th and I still cannot get tracking number to work. Customer service took days to respond just to tell me tracking number would be fixed next week.

Hi Vivian, Yes, unfortunately there were issues with the postal tracking system at the time. This was due to delivery re-routing being done, however your parcel was shipped out in a timely manner and has been delivered. I apologize for the delayed responses as I was still trying to receive more information on the issue from the postal company to provide you and others affected with an informative response. 5 out of 5 starsWhat a great gift. My husband absolutely loves it. Even my 2 grown sons think it is a cool gift. Now it is my hubby's favorite thing ever. Love it so much he wants to buy 2 more. It is absolutely worth it. Do not hesitate... get it. Also the owner provides great customer service, quick to respond to any questions. Thank you so much for everything.

Dear Stefan, You have contacted me stating that the faucet is made out of plastic. I have shown you the products specs of the exact faucet used in your dispenser which shows that the faucet is made out of a high quality chromed brass material. You can also tell that the faucet is not made of plastic by its weight. Thanks and Regards, David

1 out of 5 starsAt the time of my order 12/14/19 seller stated packages to the US could take b/t 10-16 business days. After 20+ b-days I followed up with the seller. At the time the website made no mention of any back order or delays in shipment to the public. The seller emails me to suggest I follow up with postal service to find whereabouts. After taking his recommendation, they confirmed it had not left Malta as of 01/14/20. Seller's response was nothing he could do until the postal service confirmed it has been lost even though it had been a month since the order and never entered the US. He then suggests to take it up with Etsy. Etsy's reply: Etsy doesn't hold sellers responsible for orders that may have been lost in the mail, we kindly ask that you communicate with your buyer via Etsy Messages to reach a resolution. Really?

Hi Joseph, Your parcel left Malta on 21st December and was delivered to your address in 21 business days due to delays with the postal service. The tracking information clearly shows all this information. I have been in contact with you and the postal service throughout and I have also contacted you recently several times but you are not replying. Thanks and Regards, David

1 out of 5 starsI ordered this on December 4th. I have not received my order. After contacting the seller he informed me that because of the holidays there would be a delay. It is now a month and a half later and still no package. I contacted him again and he told me that I would have to contact USPS and tell them to contact Malta post if they needed. I contacted him a third time letting him know that USPS has no record of the package. I have asked for a refund twice now. He has stopped replying to my emails. Do not waste your time or money.

Dear Shannon, I have replied to your emails and also contacted you through Etsy. I could not provide a refund since your parcel was shipped out in time and was still on its way to be delivered. I apologize for the delivery delays with the postal service. Your parcel has now been delivered but you did not reply to my last message so I assume that everything is in order.
