When my package bounced because I had a problem with my address, the seller even kindly resent a new whisky dispenser as soon as I told him the first package was heading back to him because he knew it was time sensitive and for a birthday! I can't thank you enough for this amazing service.

This issue has been resolved. The customer has been contacted regarding this and the problem was caused due to the dispenser being used incorrectly. The instructions were not found by the customer so I have sent a digital copy to her. The customer kept in contact with me and did her best to try to change her review to a positive one but unfortunately the time period to make changes to it had expired so she was not able to. 5 out of 5 starsI ordered this for my fiance's birthday. He absolutely loved it! The product is gorgeous and good quality. The shop owner is also fantastic. We had a very minor issue, and when I contacted the shop owner, he responded immediately, and went above and beyond to resolve it. He is extremely professional and attentive, and creates beautiful products.

Hello Rachel, I have tried to contact you several times with information regarding your dispenser but I did not receive a reply. The email that you sent to me was marked as spam so it did not get into my inbox unfortunately, but I replied to you promptly once I was informed that you had a query. Our dispensers fit most regular bottle shapes and up to 1 liter in size is recommended but larger bottles are often made use of too. So the issue you are having must be due to the wide spout of the particular bottle brand. I have also sent you some more information directly regarding this.
