We make a returns only if the is a quality issue. We do our best it not happen! You will like our jewelry!!!
Please contact us not more then 2 days after you receive an item concerning your wish to make a refund and a reason for that.
Item must be returned within 1-3 working days of contacting us on return.
The products must be returned in new condition.
You must pay for any return shipping expense.
In a case of return, you will get money back via PayPal after we receive back our product.
Refund is purchase price less shipping charges and stock 7% fee.

We deliver with regular post. Usually, shipping time is 1-8 weeks (depends on country).
Expedited shipping can be arranged by request, please contact us in advance if you need DHL or other post services.
Shipping legally completed when the parcel arrived in the post office at the place of destination.
So, please, track your order with tracking number given to you, or after 2 weeks from the purchase date ask your local post for a package. In case you don't take your purchase from the post office, it is your responsibility to pay extra shipping costs for sending your order back to you.
In case of a parcel lost by post:
If a parcel lost on territory of Russia by Russian Post, our shop takes all responsibility for this.
If a parcel lost on territory of country of delivery, the responsibility is on a buyer.
