In certain cases, I can change or alter pieces by request or change the color of a chain. For the most part, however, the item you see in the photo is the item you are buying.
I welcome international buyers! The shipping prices are all listed at the bottom of the page, as well as combined shipping costs for multiple items. If you find that you might be purchasing in bulk (6 pieces or more) please e-mail me first so we can work out a better shipping discount for you.

We DO NOT accept e-checks.
Please, please, please!!!---> Pay for your items at the time of sale or at LEAST within 48 hours. Please do not place anything in your cart and hit "confirm" if you do not intend to make a purchase.
If an item has gone unpaid for more than 48 hours and no response to our convo has been received, the sale will be canceled in 24 hours.

1. How fast do you ship?
Upon receipt of payment, we will ship your item(s) out to you within 2-5 business days. That is the only "handling" time. We will notify you via e-mail if there will be a delay in shipping your item for any reason.
Items are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship packages on Saturday, Sunday, or any US holidays.
2. What shipping method do you use?
Items shipping within the US will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The price for US Priority Mail includes a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
Canada + International orders ship via USPS First Class. The price for these packages includes a Customs Label # and proof of mailing.
3. When will I receive my item(s)?
US: 2-3 business days upon shipping
(During the peek holiday season, packages can take up to 5 business days.)
Canada: 7-10 business days upon shipping*
(During the peek holiday season, packages can take up to 14 business days.)
EVERYWHERE ELSE: 10-14 business days upon shipping*
(During the peek holiday season, packages can take up to 20 business days.)
*On occasion, there may be additional delays out of our control with customs that make it take longer.
If it is determined that your item was "lost" in the mail, we will gladly refund you the price of the item MINUS shipping, unless you wish to replace the item with another. We only ask that you give international orders at least 30 business days (no weekends or holidays) before expecting a refund.
4. Can I get my item faster?
Yes. We also offer expedited shipping if you need something in a BIG HURRY. Some examples of expedited shipping services we provide are listed below:
USPS EXPRESS MAIL - Overnight or 1 business day GUARANTEED

Any of the above services can be applied for an additional charge, which is calculated BEFORE making a purchase. Please e-mail us if you need to request any of these services BEFORE carting any items or completing the transaction.
5. Do you combine shipping?
We DO combine shipping. All combined shipping rates are listed in the shipping section of each item.
6. Why am I being charged a VAT fee by my post office for International orders?
In most countries, the law requires that you pay taxes or "duties" on imported goods. These fees are specific to your country and I have ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL over them.
***Please do not ask me to change your customs label to say "gift" or "sample" to avoid paying these fees. That is fraud and I could lose my business license.******

Refunds and Exchanges

Nothing is ever 'FINAL SALE' if you are unhappy. We will work with you if something goes wrong with your purchase in any way for up to 60 days from the time you receive your item.
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED:
Upon the event of a damaged item, you need to e-mail us within 3 days of receipt for return authorization. A refund will be issued once the item is received back, unless you wish to have the item repaired. There is no fee to repair an item that is received damaged.
IF SOMETHING BREAKS ON YOUR PIECE:
On occasion, something attached to a piece may break off. This is a sad reality for us, considering these pieces are all handmade and sometimes contain extremely fragile components. In the event that something breaks off your piece within 60 days of purchase, you may ship it back and we will have it repaired at no cost to you. This policy applies only to pieces purchased within 60 days from THIS etsy store.
If you need something repaired after the 60 days, there is a small fee. This fee will vary depending on the materials and time needed to repair it. Please also keep in mind, depending on the nature of them, some components may not be repairable OR replaceable.
In the event that something breaks on your piece within 60 days and cannot be repaired OR replaced, we will ABSOLUTELY issue you a refund.
I do my best to represent these pieces as they are in real life, but not all computer monitors represent color or tone the same way. Please keep this in mind when viewing the photos and read all descriptions carefully before purchasing an item or send an e-mail if you have a question.
