Shipping times are estimates only since each item is custom made for you. Please check your order receipt for estimated shipping time.

All items ship together according to longest lead time.

If you need an order rushed please message us before placing an order.

Please check the items description for processing time. This is the time needed to make your customer order. Each 3D print is made to order, hand finished and then packed up ready to be sent. That is processing time.

Shipping time is the time it takes USPS to transport the package to its destination. This is out of our hands and we cannot control the package after it has left our studio. Your order can easily be tracked with the supplied tracking number. Lost and delayed packages are out of our control.

Once your 3D print ships, you will receive a tracking number if your order was assigned one. Once the package ships, it is out of our hands, we cannot control the shipment. You may contact USPS with the tracking number to inquire about its status.
We do offer insurance on our shipping labels. Please feel free to add that to your order.
If an order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials for reference as we will not accept requests for refunds if we do not have photo evidence of the package and its contents. USPS requires photo documentation for insurance claims.

Please make sure you include your color preferences and double check your personalization requests for any spelling or punctuation errors. Omissions or errors can lead to a delay in processing and shipping your order.

If you are requesting text on your item please double check the proof we send you. Once the proof is approved by you we are not responsible for any misspellings or errors.

Custom orders with personalized colors, names, etc. are non-returnable.

We do our best to describe each item in detail. Many of our offerings are made in different sizes. Please read the items description to make sure the size you are ordering meets your needs. If you have questions about an items dimensions please message us for assistance. If you do not see a size you need, we may be able to accommodate you.

SteevilLabs, LLC is a workshop. We are a small studio that designs, manufactures and finishes everything by hand. All items are made here in Washington state. We do not ship in volume nor sell on Amazon. We pride ourselves with friendly, personalized service and we focus on the human touch. Since we are a small studio it takes time to make each item and turn around time differs on each product. If you need something immediately please reach out to us first.
