Each piece of jewelry is designed, assembled and shipped by me from my studio in Longueuil, QC, Canada. They are handmade with utmost care. I use high quality stainless steel, brass, pewter, gemstones, glass beads and freshwater pearls. Processing times is generally 2-3 working days.

EUROPE : Small Packet International Air, no tracking - 6 to 12 business days.

► Since the pandemic, Canada Post does not guarantee arrival times, regardless of shipping method (tracked or standard) and transit time may take longer due to high volume of packages moving through the postal system. We have no direct control over so thank you for your patience and understanding.
►If you have any questions or special requests, please contact me. I speak French and English. I will be happy to answer within 24h. And if you experience an issue with your order, please contact me before leaving a review as I’m always here to help and want to fix any issue that might come up.
► If you wish to return an item purchased at regular price and with free shipping, it will be refunded minus the initial shipping/handling/packaging fee of 4$ CAD for Canada, 9$ CAD for US and +/- 10$ CAD for other country. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are final sale. A package will not be considered as lost before 6 weeks since the shipping date.

Order pick up in Montreal or Vieux-Longueuil, QC Canada
To save on shipping or to get your purchase faster, you can pick up your order directly at my workshop, located in Longueuil, Qc, Canada. Just convo me to set an appointment. Right after you pick up the order, I'll make the refund directly on Etsy unless you previously asked for the no shipping fee coupon code.
Material & jewelry care
I use the following materials: Stainless steel, raw brass and antique brass plating, nickel and lead-free pewter (created exclusively by and for Stella Jewelry), semiprecious stones, glass beads, fresh water pearls. Chains, rings and other component are either in stainless steel, raw brass or different plating color over brass or stainless steel. Stainless steel earring rods and hooks or other hypoallergenic alloy.
It is advised not to store your jewelry in sunny places because some stones and other parts may become discolored over time.
STAINLESS STEEL: Solid metal jewelry such as stainless steel is safe to wear in the shower, while swimming or while working out. It is a hypoallergenic metal, will not rust, tarnish or change color.
PEWTER: Pewter does not tarnish, but it can sometimes react to the pH of the skin. If it loses its shine, simply wipe with a dry, soft cloth designed for silver.
RAW BRASS: Raw brass (an alloy of pink copper and grey zinc, lead free and nickel free) oxidizes naturally in contact with air and skin. This natural patina creates over time a darker finish with a vintage look. This look is intentional; it is not a manufacturing defect.
To prevent the premature oxidation of your raw brass jewel, keep it in a small hermetic bag. Also avoid going under the water with your jewel (shower, bathing).
To clean raw brass and restore its original luster, brush it with an old toothbrush and toothpaste or a metal polish such as Brasso. Then rinse, dry well and store in an airtight bag.
It is possible that the skin of some people, due to heat, dampness and skin acidity, reacts to direct and prolonged contact with raw brass, to create a grey-green tint on the skin. This chemical phenomenon is completely normal. To remove oxidation, clean the skin with a cloth and mild soap.
ANTIQUE BRASS, COPPER OR BLACK NICKEL : Note that only raw brass oxidizes. Any other antique brass plated components do not tarnish (a brass base with bronze-brown plating), such as some chains, rings, clasps and ear hooks.
Warranty and repair policy
All Stella jewelry is designed and created in my studio in Longueuil, QC, Canada, they are handmade with great care. They are guaranteed for 1 year. If a piece has a manufacturing defect, I will repair it free of charge, please contact me before sending it. If you lost an earring, I can create a new one.
* For 1 year warranty and manufacturing defects, proof of purchase is required.
I also offer a service out of warranty repair. Stella is not responsible for normal wear on jewelry or on metal that lost color due to skin pH.

Wrong or incomplete address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid and complete address. Please double-check the correctness of your address before making your purchase. If the address you had on file with Etsy at the time of purchase was incorrect and your item is lost or damaged as a result, I will unfortunately not refund your order. If the item is returned to me undamaged but incurs return shipping fees, I will either refund your money less the cost of handling/packaging/shipping or I will re-ship after you pay the new shipping fee. I will not re-ship it for free.

Return, exchange & orders with free shipping
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly exchange or refund your jewelry. You have 7 days after the receiving of the package to contact me and return it. The item must be returned in its original state, send in the original box or in a bubble envelopE (no paper envelop). All the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders with FREE SHIPPING - if you return any items that are NOT in sale, personalized or custom sized, then your order will be exchanged or refund minus a handling/packaging/shipping fee of 4$ CAD for Canada, 8$ CAD for US and +/- 10$ CAD for other country.
We pack our jewelry with great care. However, if an item is damaged during transit, please notify us upon receipt and send us a picture of the item and packaging. We may subsequently make an exchange.
