(Please be aware that USPS shipping times are often slow, both domestically and internationally, especially during the holidays). All of our jewelry is custom made to order ~ nothing is pre-made, or mass produced, so our shipping cannot be same day ~ Please be patient with shipping and do not leave negative reviews BEFORE inquiring with us if you haven't received your jewelry immediately... We are not Amazon and do not ship next day because we create high QUALITY handmade pieces and do not rush our work in order to compete with the Amazon machine. We are not robots. We put thought, care and positive energy into our work.

🧵📏 SIZING >>> PLEASE read item sizing & shipping details listed in the item descriptions, and if you have any questions, write to us prior to placing your order ... 💝 If you're purchasing an item for a gift or special occasion, allow plenty of extra time! If you order the wrong size, we will exchange it if we're notified within 7 days, but you'll be responsible for the shipping/insurance back and forth (usually $4.00 - $7.00). If you decide to keep the wrong sized item and gift it to someone else, we'll compensate you with a discount code on your replacement item.

SUPPLIES: All of our jewelry is handcrafted by us personally, created with beads and clasps purchased from US based bead suppliers. Many of our charms and findings are manufactured in the USA, specifically our Tierracast ... All magnetic beads and magnetic clasps are manufactured overseas -- none are manufactured in the US. If any magnetic jewelry seller claims their beads or clasps are manufactured here in the US, they are being dishonest with you -- the beads are distributed here, but not manufactured here.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations, but not directs returns/refunds. Because each piece is individually handcrafted and custom sized, a good amount of time and labor goes into them, so flat return/refunds are not accepted, but exceptions are sometimes made depending on circumstances -- this is why we urge you to order the correct sizes. Jewelry must be shipped back within 7 business days, with tracking number and insurance.
