These are the cutest earrings and really well made. They are lightweight and the perfect size to be noticeable but not in the way.

I really like my masks. They are a little big on my face, but I think a lot of people would actually like that. I use bobby pins to attach masks to my hair so it was perfect after that. I quickly got a compliment on the yellow mask. The red is my evening mask and the yellow is my daytime masks. They arrived in no time too. Thank you!

I enjoy creating unique items but as an artist, I do realize that my personal tastes may not be as appealing to someone else, which is why I am willing to make any changes to any item you may want. I can even create something entirely yours, based on YOUR idea at a VERY reasonable price. How's that?

Returns and exchanges

If you have an issue with an item, please do not hesitate to contact me before leaving feedback. I take feedback very seriously and would be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. If you would like to return an item, please do so within seven days of receiving it, in its original condition. I will refund you the cost of the item after I receive it back, but I can't refund shipping costs...sorry!

Payment

I accept PayPal, and personal checks. Payment by PayPal is expected immediately unless previously agreed otherwise. If you would like to pay by check, please contact me before the purchase. For payments by cheque, your purchase will be shipped after payment is completed (i.e. your cheque has cleared).

Shipping

I ship daily except sundays.I shall let you know as soon as the item(s) is (are) shipped and will also tell you the expected date of delivery - usually 3-5 working days within Europe and 1 to 3 weeks to the rest of the world (half that time to North America). Please be aware of this if you need your package by a certain deadline.

If you would like the item (s) insured or need quicker delivery, or have other special requests, please do contact me in advance.

All purchases are shipped in either a padded envelop or a Yellow standard package delivery box - depending on the items to be shipped (multiple items will usually be in a single box unless otherwise requested).

PLEASE NOTE THAT USUALLY, YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS COULD CHARGE TAX FEES ON CERTAIN ITEMS. IF THAT HAPPENS (and I hope not - fingers crossed and knocks on wood), IT IS BEYOND MY CONTROL AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY. I AM SORRY.
