Processing time is the time it takes me to make your tag. I make each tag by myself by hand. I complete tags in the order I receive an order. Each listing has an updated processing time, please review this prior to purchase.

Shipping is dependent on the shipping method you choose. An estimated shipping time is available on your order receipt (ie the email you receive from Etsy at the time you purchase). Please note the receipt is not the order history on the Etsy app.

Due to the large number of orders, I do not provide updates beyond what is already stated on your order receipt.

For the "custom design tag" you must message me first to confirm your design. You can find my lookbook of tags on my IG (@stellarpetshop) to see my design aesthetic. I design the custom tag as I make the tag itself, so unfortunately I do not provide mockups prior to making the tag.

Soak in warm soapy water for 5 minutes. Gently wipe the tag with a paper towel to dry.

I do not replace tags that have been chewed on or ripped off from roughhousing as this is outside my control. It is the pet owner's responsibility to supervise pets.

If your tag is broken due to a defect, please message me with a picture and I will be happy to replace your tag.

I do not replace lost tags as that is not within my control. It is the pet owner's responsibility to secure the tags and supervise their pets.

Phone numbers, addresses, or other information goes on the back of the tags. I use a standardized sans font for legibility and to make sure the information will fit. If you choose a specialized font color (i.e. holographic, metallics, foils) I will choose a complimentary color for the phone number/information on the back to ensure legibility.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct information on orders. You can message me up to 3 days after purchase to correct an error.
