She was so helpful in customizing the Phone for me. I got one for my wedding to put in the bride's room on the day of in case she wanted to talk to me, since I won't be able to see her. She was able to put pictures of me and my bride on the can and it turned out beautiful! Thanks!

Great gift for my nephew and neices. Seller was very kind and accommodate 3 children for the kit. They loved it!
On my way to becoming an artist I discovered there was so much more!
As each year passes we grow in wisdom and hopefully appreciation and gratitude for all that has come before. I can honestly say this is true for me.
I came from a family that loved adventure, didn't hesitate to try 'new' things, jumped in with both feet and was known to move from place to place on a whim. No doubt this presented its problems, but fortunately I thrived on the changing environment most of the time and learned to adapt.
My father was a ship's captain and went to sea for long periods of time. My mother did her best to raise five children in various locales and conditions. They were both naturalists, my mother from Maine and my father from Louisiana, and couldn't imagine life any other way. If we weren't romping in the woods or combing the beaches of the Pacific Northwest we were climbing fig trees or catching snakes in the overgrown jungle of our grandparents' backyard in New Orleans, and the many states in between. We ate raw oysters, (dad showed us how to shuck them), venison and trout...we learned to tie knots and make nets and poles for the many fishing jaunts in the gulf of mexico, or streams and lakes all over the west. Camping, boating, building forts and tree houses, smoking salmon, canning blackberry jam, raising chinchillas, chickens and goats! We lived on land like Dad lived at sea....temporary ports of call, simple lodging, great food and adventure at every turn. I was preparing complete thanksgiving dinners by the age of 12, baking, sewing, hauling fire wood, singing, dancing, working and playing.
All these things and more provided a rich tapestry of memories....of sights, sounds, tastes and smells that enhance everything I do today. Now as I participate in my grandchildren's life I realize the importance of these early learning experiences so full of visual, tactile, sensory moments. I want to share the fun and encourage self confidence that comes from playing, imagining and creating. I can't imagine a more satisfying adventure as I enjoy the next chapter and embrace my role as Grandma!

Sue Chisholm of Burk'Art Clay
"Working 'One of a Kind…One at a Time', as I unload a kiln, I wonder who will hold my work? In what city? Will it be a gift? Or for themselves? How will they use it"? Since 1991, Sue Chisholm is an accomplished clay artist and lives in Canton, GA.
This shop was created from the joy and wonderment of being a grandparent! And realizing the importance of play and discovery as a child in creating a healthy life. If I can help others find that perfect toy or memory maker to share with their young folk then that would be a wonderful thing! Have fun!
