It is my goal to send you the exact stone that is pictured. Your 100% satisfaction is of upmost importance to me. If I don't have it for a number of reasons, I will offer you a full refund or send you a picture of a similar stone to approve. 22 years of making these stones is not because I enjoy handling 65lb bags of concrete or cutting myself on glass or lugging these heavy stones to shows. It's because of the happiness my stones bring to you all! It's you guys sending me pics of where you place them. It's customers coming back over and over again for more and more stones. It's making a special one for a memorial garden. It's having little kids come into my booth at a craft show and look at me with big eyes and say "YOU MADE ALL OF THIS YOURSELF"...in utter amazement.
